Cardiac rehabilitation: percentage of cardiac rehabilitation programs in the health system that meet this specified performance measure criteria for monitoring response to therapy and documenting program effectiveness.
Cardiac rehabilitation: percentage of cardiac rehabilitation programs in the healthcare system that meet specified structure-based performance measure criteria.
Cardiac rehabilitation: percentage of cardiac rehabilitation programs in the healthcare system that meet the specified performance measure criteria for assessment of risk for adverse cardiovascular events.
